Coach Omar Martinez
Omar started his journey as a triathlon coach 6 years ago, but he’s been an endurance athlete for 10. Coming from a 9-5 corporate world background and having completed his first 4 full Ironman races while holding a demanding office job Omar understands the importance of keeping a good life-balance.
A geek at heart, beyond his certification, he enjoys reading and learning about all things relating to human performance. He spends his time off reading about evolutionary psychology, evolutionary biology, bio-mechanics, sports science, sports psychology, and several other subjects which complement his coaching style.
He’s the founder of Go Strong and he just wants everyone to discover how amazing it feels to reach a good level of health and wellness.
Coach Anastasiia Kazak
Coming from Ukraine, Coach Anastasiia is a master swimmer and multiple champion in long distance competitions. She was a member of the national teams in marathon swimming, thriathlon, and aquathlon.
Her coaching style is clear and to the point, but always with a nice smile and patience. She is the head of the swimming program and will be coaching most of our sessions and 1-1 swim lessons. She believes in technique and smart training, she will help you reach your best swimming level for the next season.
Coach Anastasiia also has a passion for working with children of all ages, focusing on skill development while keeping an element of fun.
Coach Jacqui Cooney
Passionate about fitness and helping people lead happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives, Jacqui’s aim is to help people experience the positive changes you can make through regular training and good nutrition.
After 4 years Personal Training in the City of London, Jacqui has spent the last 3 years based in Dubai offering an elite fitness service. Using a variety of training styles, her specialist areas include:

Nutritionist Giovanni Ognio
Giovanni graduated top 5% in his class as a bachelor in nutrition & dietetics from the
Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC). He specializes in sports nutrition and has increased his skills set with and ISAK II certification, sports nutrition specialization from UPC, and an advanced sports nutrition certificate from Barca Innovation Hub.
He has improved the life of over 450 patients worldwide and has consulted for 4 years for the Peruvian Federation of Sports.
In addition to his nutritional knowledge, Giovanni also has helped us design some tasty dishes for the meal plan. His Peruvian background gives him an edge in designing both healthy and delicious recipes.
