You should be able to cycle comfortably at 30+km/hr next to other cyclists
We start at 5:30 sharp, so arrive 10 minutes earlier
The session starts at 5:30am from the bottom of the stick and we pick up a second group at 6:10 at the beginning of the top loop, next to the Trek cycles store.
